Via Ralphotskie, watch out for the third album from Moonstar88 under Sony BMG. The carrier single of the album will be their revival of Senti (an original of Yano). The album will be available in record bars around May. Moonstar88 is composed of Maychelle Baay (vocals/guitars), Paolo Bernardo (bass), Bon Sundiang (drums) and Herbert Hernandez (guitars).
The only remaining original member of Moonstar88 is Paolo Bernaldo who was with Acel Bisa (former vocalist) in the band Orphan Lily.
It’s good to know that they’ll be releasing their full-length album since their last full-length album release was in 2002 (Press to Play under Alpha Records).

btw, you can add that bon used to play with (the now defunct) chocolatebeef, as well as being a drummer in soapdish’s early career (after kurt left for a while).

William or Popo is now the frontman of the new band Gish.
and yes, Herbert is an original member of moonstar88…
